Rootspan’s public website is intentionally small: it serves these pages and gives you explicit choices to email Rootspan or leave for the booking page.
This website
This website does not offer an inquiry form or accept an inquiry request body. It does not ask for credentials, payment data, customer PII, or incident exports.
Analytics
Rootspan does not run a website analytics service, advertising pixel, session replay, fingerprinting script, or email-open pixel on these pages.
An email link asks your browser to open your chosen mail client. Anything you send is then processed by your email provider and Rootspan’s email provider. Do not include credentials, payment data, customer PII, or sensitive incident details in an initial message.
Booking
The booking link takes you away from rootspan.ai to a Google Calendar appointment page. Google’s terms and privacy practices govern the information you provide there. Rootspan does not embed that page or send booking data in the background.
